The Haw River Trail.....Boating-Hiking-Fishing-More About 18 people paddled the Haw River in June.  Included were some members of the Alamance County government assessing the Haw's value to the county.  Developing  the Haw's canoe/kayak trail through the county could boost tourist revenues.  A trail would feature intake and outtake areas in addition to a primitive campground near Swepsonville for paddlers only to encourage two day river trips.
